At Eleven Lakes Winery we are committed to maintaining your privacy and safeguarding your account, transaction, and personal information. Such information is considered confidential and non-public. Eleven Lakes Winery may collect certain confidential information from you as a customer. Examples of the type of information collected include addresses, phone numbers, and product preferences. You supply this information to Eleven Lakes Winery on order forms and other forms. Eleven Lakes Winery does not share this information with any 3rd parties.

Shipping Policy

Sorry! Eleven Lakes Winery does not ship to Massachusetts, Maryland, and Utah.

All wine purchases occur in New York State and ownership passes directly to the buyer of the product. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. When you order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your wine. By placing an order you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age. When your wine is delivered, you will be required to show identification proving you are at least 21 years old. Eleven Lakes Winery is not responsible for the return of shipments due to lack of positive ID, and return shipping charges are your responsibility. By placing an order with Eleven Lakes Winery, you are stating to us that you are in compliance with your local laws governing alcoholic beverages.

In order to ship and track merchandise, we make your name and address available to United Parcel Service. In no instance are these business affiliates allowed to use your personal information for any other purpose. Again, a person 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for shipments of alcoholic beverages.

Return/Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is most important to Eleven Lakes Winery, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product you receive, please contact us within 15 days of purchase so that we may determine the best resolution.

Age Restriction Policy

The materials, images, or words on the Eleven Lakes Winery website would not normally raise any issue about age appropriateness. Alcoholic beverages may not be purchased by persons under 21 years of age.
