Shipping Policy

Sorry! Eleven Lakes Winery does not ship to Massachusetts, Maryland, and Utah.

All wine purchases occur in New York State and ownership passes directly to the buyer of the product. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. When you order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your wine. By placing an order you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age. When your wine is delivered, you will be required to show identification proving you are at least 21 years old. Eleven Lakes Winery is not responsible for the return of shipments due to lack of positive ID, and return shipping charges are your responsibility. By placing an order with Eleven Lakes Winery, you are stating to us that you are in compliance with your local laws governing alcoholic beverages.

Return/Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is most important to Eleven Lakes Winery, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product you receive, please contact us within 15 days of purchase so that we may determine the best resolution.

Age Restriction Policy

Alcoholic beverages may not be purchased by persons under 21 years of age, Eleven Lakes Winery requires a person 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for and receive shipments of alcoholic beverages.

Sales Tax Policy

A sales tax of 8% is charged on all orders placed that are being shipped inside of New York State.
